The way I look at these plans is that with a Medicare Supplement you have a fixed Healthcare cost which is basically the monthly premium of the health plan, nationwide network and simplicity. 

​

With a Medicare Advantage Plan the cost will be determined by your Healthcare expenses, so they could easily be in the thousands in some years and very little in others.  You will of course have a limited network of Hospitals, Doctors & Specialists as well as the inconvenience of having to pay medical bills and

Co-Pays.
